Terms and Conditions The price for each "rectangular graphic" is $10.00 (in American Dollars). The graphic space you're purchasing is 80 pixels by 15 pixels and may contain ONE link only. Purchasing one of the graphics and spaces on this site does not entitle you to any part of the ownership of this page or site. You only have purchased an image and a link which will be displayed on the site until at least mid-January 2009. Once an image is paid for and approved, you will not be able to change the image or the link you want on the page. Exceptions will only be made for strong reasons such as a the site no longer existing, major structural changes within the organization that purchased the space, legal issues, and the like. These will be determined by our own webmaster. These links and images will be online until January 2009 at minimum. If your image and link are accepted and published on the site, you cannot get a refund The site and homepage will be online for at least 2 years (starting from the day this site was officially re-launched), so at least until mid-January 2009, but possibly even longer (until our goal of $20,000.00 USD is reached.) No obscene/offensive/adult images/links will be accepted, and I (the webmaster) will decide what is appropriate for my site. If you submit an image or link that is rejected, you will have the opportunity to provide an alternative, otherwise your money will be refunded and you will lose your space If your link is accepted and you later change the content of the linked site to show offensive/obscene/adult material then your link will be removed until you provide a new one, and you will not get a refund of any kind for the downtime experienced In order to achieve the goal of $20,000.00 for the purchase of the bus, there are a total of ELEVEN pages of mini-banner spaces available... as one fills up, it will be rotated to the back. (In other words, once the first page is full, it will become "Page Eleven", at which point "Page Two" will be rotated to the front... and this will continue until all the pages are filled at which point "Page One" will be returned to the first page browsers see when visiting the site.) IF YOU ORDER ELEVEN IMAGES you may request one per page on each of the eleven pages to ensure greater exposure through the lifespan of this site. This offer is ONLY valid for a purchase of eleven images or more and only if space is available. (First Come First Serve Basis.) This, of course, is not mandatory and if you simply wish to purchase ten images or more and "fill" a page, this is fine too. We will sort that out with you at the time of arranging payment. If in the future you wish to remove the image and link from the site, that's perfectly acceptable and will be done within 72 hours of receiving the requests and the space may be put back up for sale. There are no refunds if this course of action is used. Each image you pay for MUST be 80 pixels by 15 pixels (no larger) You must provide us with your own image. We do not create or otherwise modify images for you Images must be in GIF, PNG, or JPEG format, and a reasonable file size You cannot specify where your image is placed, That is up to the webmaster only. Links must be to web pages only and begin with http:// You must have the authority to provide the image and link for the website you submit. If you are not and there is a dispute, the image and link will be removed and NO refund will be available. Funds must be fully recieved and cleared before your graphic and link go live on the homepage There might be occasional downtime for site maintenence but we'll try and keep these to a minimum You can purchase as many spaces (graphics and links) as are available. Once you have ordered and the funds have cleared (through PayPal or through another agreed upon method), I will aim to get your pixels online within 48 to 72 hours. PLEASE NOTE: We are not a registered company and are doing this as a fundraiser to obtain a family dream. We can issue you a receipt, but it will be for a private sale (from the webmaster to the purchaser) of "ad space" only.
