Out of all of my adventures and wanderings, particularly those travels throughout the United States my most fondest memories are of Miami, Florida. Miami will always hold a very special place in my heart.

Regular readers of this blog, and certainly friends, and family will be able to guess why Miami is so important to me. However, for the sake of newbies I will explain why.

My Grandpa was what is known as a "snowbird" meaning he was Canadian, but spent his winters in Florida, to be exact he stayed in Miami. Each year during winter break we would go out to visit with him, and take in some of the fun activities that super city has to offer.

I used to LOVE the tv show Flipper (that will date me) and was thrilled to visit the Miami Seaquarium where the show had been filmed. And now they are even offering a swim with the dolphins! How cool is that!
